Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of environmental expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping businesses develop and implement sustainable solutions. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop sustainability strategies, oversee implementation, and monitor progress, while also creating engaging content to promote our green initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability Strategy Development: Work with clients to assess their current sustainability practices and identify opportunities for improvement across operations, supply chains, and products.

Creative Project Management: Develop and execute creative campaigns that highlight the company’s sustainability initiatives, including social media, web content, newsletters, and presentations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on sustainability goals and develop a shared vision for the future.

Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the success of sustainability programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and areas for growth.

Innovation & Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in sustainability, researching new technologies and practices that could benefit the company and our clients.

Green Branding: Contribute to the development of EcoSphere’s sustainability brand by assisting with marketing and communications strategies, ensuring that our green initiatives are effectively communicated to a wide audience.

Workshops & Training: Lead educational workshops for clients and internal teams on best practices for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, project management, or a related role.

Strong creative writing and communication skills, with a passion for engaging audiences through storytelling.

Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001, B Corp) and environmental reporting standards.

Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining a results-driven approach.

A collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of green technologies and renewable energy solutions is a plus.
